What is Tendernest Child Care?

Tendernest Child Care is a licensed facility providing a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.

What is your care philosophy?

At TenderNest, our infant and toddler care program (aged 6-36 month) are thoughtfully designed to foster emotional security, physical development, sensory exploration, and emerging independence in a warm, responsive environment. Daily rhythms that balance play, rest, connection, and discovery, respectful guidance that supports early social-emotional development, open communication and collaboration with families.

What age groups do you serve?

We cater to infants and toddlers (6 months -36 months), ensuring age-appropriate care and activities for their developmental stages.

What qualifications do your staff have?

Our teacher includes certificated Early Childhood Educator, Early Childhood

Assistant, Infant and Toddler Educator and meet all licensing requirements.

The primary educator (Yunting) holds Full ECE Diploma, will remain responsible for day-to-day program delivery, communication with families, and ensuring continuity of care. There also will have substitute teacher to be hired on a part-time/on-call basis to cover: Illness or personal leave, Appointments or Emergencies.

Substitutes will be oriented to the centre’s philosophy, emergency procedures, and supervision policy before working with children.
